  • Are quotes free?

    Yes.

    It's completely free for Patriot to come out and provide you a foundation repair quote. As long as you're the home or business owner it's 100% Free.

  • Is Patriot insured?

    Yes.

    Patriot has you covered with a 1 million dollar General Liability Insurance policy.

  • Do you offer Financing?

    Yes.

  • Does foundation damage worsen over time if not repaired?

    Yes. 

    Gone untreated, the home or business will continue to decline structurally thus causing a ripple effect of damage to other areas of the structure. Cracks in your drywall around windows and doors, windows and doors not opening and shutting properly, gaps in doors, pipes busting, etc. The foundation needs to be stabilzed to stop any further movement that causes all of the above mentioned damage. 

  • What is the average cost of foundation repair in a home?

    An average foundation repair job is between $4,000 to $9,000 meaning, the majority of homes we repair fall within these amounts. There are many variables that contribute to the cost and a broad average is all that can be given.  

  • Can Free Quotes be scheduled outside of normal business hours?

    Yes.

    Although we keep Sundays for God and family, we can arrange to come out on a Saturday if arrangements can't be made during the working week.

  • Does Patriot provide a Warranty for repairs?

    Yes.

    Patriot Foundation Repair offers a 25 year Transferrable Warranty.

  • Can Patriot facilitate an Engineer Report if needed?

    Yes.

    We have a handul of Engineer's we work with on a regular basis that can provide a report should we feel the scope of work calls for it. They are third party, non biased engineers to ensure there is no conflict of interest.

  • Can you provide a Quote based off of an Engineer Report?

    Yes.

    If you've already hired and Engineer to acess your repairs and have been provided with their report we can give a Quote based off of the report.

  • Do you offer Drainage Solutions?

    Yes.

    Patriot Foundation Repair can provide drainage solutions in any capacity. Proper drainage surrounding your home it vital in maintaining a firm and stable foundation. French drains are a common solutions to most drainage needs.

  • Do you offer Polyurethane Foam Injections?

    Yes.

    Polyeurethane Foam Injections is a great solution to filling voids among other things. Although it's not the solution for complete foundation leveling, it certainanly has it's place and does a great job when used properly.

  • Does Patriot offer any Discounts?

    Yes.

    We're happy to honor all Senior citizens, Veteran's, Active Military, & First Responders a discount on repairs. The amount is determined based on cost of repair. Please be sure and mention if any of the above apply to you when you're scheduling your free quote!

  • Does Patriot have a Referral program?

    Yes!

  • Does Patriot build retaining walls?

    Yes.

    Patriot can build retaining walls. Although theres a limit to the scale of wall we can provide, the majority of the time we're able to build whats needed to rectify the problem as well as being  aesthetically pleasing.
